Marinol

Marionol can prevent the nausea associated with opiate withdrawal whether due to the abstinence syndrome or precipitated withdrawal. Obviously Delta-9-tetrohydrocannibinol in other forms can also do the same.

Octreotide (Sandostatin) can also reduce nausea and vomiting by decreasing gastric secretion.
